The location alone, being so close to everything, is a huge plus. I also appreciate the emphasis on luxury and convenience with the smart home features and amazing amenities like the spa and wine room. It sounds like a really unique and well-designed living space. It is hard to get a sense of the space though, I wonder if they have any crazy cattle 3d walk throughs available online to really get a feel for the layouts? That would be amazing to see before scheduling a viewing. Overall, it seems like a fantastic investment opportunity in a vibrant city.
