We have the pleasure to work for an international company, the worldwide leader in environment protection services. The company has been operating in Poland since the early nineties. It specializes in realization of ?turn-key? environment protection facilities that are designed for specific needs of the Client. The company realizes all project?s phases such as planning, designing, delivering equipment and technological lines, supervising investment realization and finally post-delivery service.

Currently the company is looking for a candidate for the position:

Project Manager
Location: Kraków


Responsibilities:
- prepare project schedules including milestones and close out sequences
- manage the project budgets of 20 -100 million euro
- work closely with the client, designers, engineers and international specialists
- develop design specifications and standards
- decide or take part in making decisions concerning selection of suppliers, contractors, products and materials
- obtain necessary approvals and permits
- proactively manage changes, identify potential crises and work out corrective plans
- supervise construction for general conformance with project plans and specifications
- prepare status reports, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas

Requirements:
- education in engineering or construction
- at least 3-5 years of project management experience in either multimillion euro projects or several smaller projects
- experience in project management according to FIDIC
- knowledge of construction methods, codes and industry requirements
- construction license will be a plus
- very good English
- good working knowledge of MS Office
- very good project management and communication skills
